Emily Banya

Emily began her career at a company that hosts the biggest design conference in Africa called, Design Indaba. Her internship there exposed her to the movers and the shakers in the marketing and design industry on the continent. Not to mention being a part of the 'Arch for Arch' project to honor Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu. She then moved back to Uganda and leaned on her background in IT to work for tech start-ups like Sellio Uganda, setting up and running social media adverts for SMEs in Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. She has also furthered her skill-set by gaining experience in business consulting with her internship working at Imprint (U) Ltd where she contributed to the Gayaza High School (GHS) Strategic Plan and Reproductive Health Uganda Business Plan (RHU) 2020-2022.
