KCB Bank Appoints new Head of Credit

Nabbona comes with over 15 years of leadership experience in Uganda’s financial sector, specializing in credit and banking. Her career includes senior management positions at well- known institutions like FINCA Uganda, United Bank for Africa, and NC Bank
Uganda Ltd., where she led initiatives related to credit strategy, portfolio expansion, risk management, and digital innovation. 

She started her banking career at Standard Chartered Bank (U) Limited. Nabbona holds an MBA in Finance from Makerere University, enhancing her technical skills with strong leadership abilities. Her professional highlights include managing credit operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing credit policies, and serving on top- level committees such as executive and risk management boards.

She is dedicated to fostering growth and financial inclusion through
effective credit practices and innovative approaches. KCB Bank
